International Health Protections for Indigenous Peoples
As An Aboriginal Jurist Doctor I want all Aboriginal peoples to know that there are National and International Protections against the genocide that is occurring through food and disruption of culture. The Aboriginal Republic of North America is dedicated to assisting you with understanding your legal protections. In September of 2007 144 Nations of the United Nations passed a Declaration for the Protection of Indigenous Peoples (UN-61-295) and also a resolution to provide reparation and remedy for  people who have had their human rights violated and allows for self-determination of those peoples. Negroes, African Americans and Afro Latinos /Hispanics have not understood that they can never be Negroes, African Americans and Afro Latinos. These are misnomers applied to them after the genocide that happened to their ancestors and that is still occurring. The law listed herein is from the Declaration of Rights of Indigenous Peoples and is apart of a plethora of laws that are here for your protection.

Article 24
1. Indigenous peoples have the right to their traditional medicines and to maintain their health practices, including the conservation of their vital medicinal plants, animals and minerals.
